Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains what data QwickCall collects, why, and how we protect it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Who we are
QwickCall is a lead management app run from Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at support@qwickcall.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, phone number and company name.
- Billing data: billing name, GSTIN, state and address. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
- Lead data: the leads, notes, calls and files you and your team add. For this data, your company decides why it is collected, and we process it for you.
- Usage data: basic logs, device and browser details, and cookies needed for login, language and theme.
Why we use it
- To run the app, keep your account safe, send service messages (like receipts and reminders), make GST invoices and give support.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your lead data for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on servers in India (Mumbai). Trusted service providers (hosting, payments, email) process data only to provide their service to us.
Your leads' data
- You must have a lawful reason or consent to contact your leads.
- WhatsApp: message only people who agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp, and follow WhatsApp's rules.
- Call recording (Android app): tell the other person and get their consent before recording.
- Respect the Do Not Disturb (DND) rules of TRAI.
Android app permissions and why we need them
- Phone, call log and phone state: to call from your own SIM, notice when a call ends and save its length and result on the lead, and to show which lead is calling you. We read only the calls made or received with your leads; your personal call history is never uploaded.
- Notifications: to remind you of callbacks on time and tell you about new leads.
- Microphone: to record voice notes on a lead. The app does not record your calls with the microphone.
- Camera: to scan a visiting card and turn it into a lead. The card text is read on your phone.
- Folder access (storage): only the folder you choose, where your phone's own call recorder saves recordings. The app uploads only the recording that matches a call with a lead.
- Display over other apps (optional): to show the caller ID pop-up during a call. You can leave it off.
- You can turn any permission off in your phone's settings. The feature that needs it stops working; the rest of the app keeps working.
Your rights
- Under the DPDP Act you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, raise a complaint, and nominate a person to act for you. Write to support@qwickcall.com and we will reply within the time the law requires.
- To delete data we received through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, see the "Data deletion" page.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days (see "Delete your account"), except records the law asks us to keep, such as GST invoices.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Each company can see only its own data, and team roles control who sees what. No system is perfectly safe, so please keep your password secret.
Children
QwickCall is meant for businesses. It is not for people under 18.
