Delete your account
Last updated: 7 October 2026
You can ask us to delete your QwickCall account and its data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted and what we must keep by law.
Who can delete what
- A team member can ask us to delete their own login. The leads they worked on stay with their company.
- The company owner can ask us to delete the whole company account: every user, lead and setting.
How to ask
- In the Android app: open More → Help and tap Email to write to us from your phone.
- On the website: log in and send us a message from the Contact page, or use the WhatsApp button.
- By email: write to support@qwickcall.com from the email you log in with, with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us if you want to delete only your login or the whole company.
- We check that the request comes from the account holder, reply within 3 working days and finish the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login: name, email, phone number and password.
- For a company account: all users, leads, notes, voice notes, call logs, call recordings, reminders, tasks, files and settings.
- Links to other services (Facebook Pages, WhatsApp, Google Calendar) and the app's notification tokens.
- Backup copies are removed when the backups expire, within 30 days.
What we keep, and why
- GST invoices and payment records, for 8 years, because Indian tax law requires it. They show the business name, GSTIN, address and amounts, not your leads.
- A short record that we received and completed your request.
- Anything we must keep for a legal claim or an order from the authorities, only for as long as needed.
Before you delete
- Owners and admins can download all leads as a CSV file from the Leads page first.
- Unused add-on credits are not refunded when an account is deleted.
- A deleted account cannot be brought back.
