Data deletion
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This page explains how to ask QwickCall to delete data we received through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, for example from a Facebook lead form or a WhatsApp chat with a business that uses QwickCall.
What we get from Meta
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: the answers a person sends on a business's lead form (like name, phone, email and city) and the ad or form it came from.
- WhatsApp (only for businesses using our WhatsApp add-on): the person's WhatsApp number and name, and the messages they exchange with that business.
- A business's Facebook login: a Page access token, so we can read new leads for that Page. We never see a Facebook password.
If you filled a form or messaged a business
- Your details belong to the business you contacted; QwickCall stores them for that business. You can ask the business, or ask us directly.
- Write to support@qwickcall.com with the subject "Data deletion". Give your name, the phone number or email you used, and the business name if you know it.
- We reply within 3 working days, delete your data within 30 days, and tell the business that we did.
If you are a business that connected Facebook or WhatsApp
- To stop sharing, open QwickCall → Lead sources → Facebook / Instagram and click Disconnect. We delete the Page token at once.
- You can also remove QwickCall from Facebook: Settings → Business integrations → QwickCall → Remove.
- To delete leads that came from Meta, owners and admins can delete them in QwickCall, or ask us to delete the whole account (see "Delete your account").
What is deleted
- The person's lead details, notes, call logs, voice notes and messages, and any Facebook Page or WhatsApp tokens we hold.
- Backup copies are removed when the backups expire, within 30 days.
What we may keep
Records the law asks us to keep, such as a business's GST invoices, and a short note that we received and completed your request.
